Résumé du poste :

Coordination de projet pilote : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement de produits et les pharmacies partenaires pour coordonner et exécuter des projets pilotes. Suivre et rapporter les progrès, les résultats et les retours d'expérience des solutions testées.Analyse et validation des solutions : Participer à l'évaluation de solutions innovantes pour leur valeur ajoutée aux pharmacies. Aider à développer des recommandations pour une intégration optimale de ces solutions dans les systèmes existants.Collaboration et communication : Collaborer avec divers départements internes (tels que les services de pharmacie et les équipes de gestion de produits) pour garantir l'alignement des projets avec les objectifs commerciaux. Maintenir une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour assurer le succès des initiatives.Recherche et veille technologique : Contribuer à la recherche de nouvelles technologies et tendances en pharmacie et commerce de détail qui pourraient bénéficier à l'organisation. Participer à la collecte de données et à la veille concurrentielle pour informer le développement de produits.

Program Overview

McKesson’s Intern program is 12 weeks long, and is designed to provide:

Duration: 4 months
Location: Saint-Laurent, QC, CAN - 9415 Transcanadienne Rte 

Job Summary:
Pilot Project Coordination: Work closely with product development teams and partner pharmacies to coordinate and execute pilot projects.Track and report progress, results, and feedback from tested solutions.

Solution Analysis and Validation: Participate in evaluating innovative solutions for their added value to pharmacies. Help develop recommendations for optimal integration of these solutions into existing systems.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various internal departments (such as pharmacy services and product management teams) to ensure project alignment with business objectives. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of initiatives.

Research and Technology Monitoring: Contribute to researching new technologies and trends in pharmacy and retail that could benefit the organization. Participate in data collection and competitive intelligence to inform product development.

Job Requirements/Qualifications
Education:

Currently enrolled in a University program in pharmacy (4th year).Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions about the effectiveness of tested solutions.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with different levels of the organization and partners.Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Interest in Technological Innovation:Passion for technology and innovation in the pharmacy and healthcare sector.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
