Missions :
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Production, vous participerez activement à l’amélioration continue des processus. Vos missions principales seront de :
Identifier les axes d’amélioration et accompagner les actions de progrès, dans le respect de la réglementation et des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et environnementales :
Aider à la mise en place et au suivi des indicateurs de performance de processParticiper à l’élaboration et suivre des plans d’action de progrèsContribuer au déploiement des méthodes d’amélioration continue (kaizen, 5S, etc…) afin d’optimiser l’ensemble des processAnimer, coordonner, suivre les chantiers d’amélioration et de résolution de problèmesParticiper à l’identification des besoins en formation sur les outils et méthodes d’amélioration continue et mettre en place les formations pour les salariésParticiper à l’intégration de nouveaux équipements ou modes opératoiresPiloter l’information et la communication sur les actions d’amélioration continueParticiper à la gestion des projets sur les procédés existants :
Participer à la mise en œuvre de l'amélioration du rendement et l'efficacité des process (SMED, TPM, Kaizen)Superviser les tests et essais de fabricationsQualifier les équipementsGérer les modifications produits ou demandes spéciales des clientsPiloter les projets de productivité (management de projet)We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
