Our client in the Chambersburg, Pennsylvania area is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Staging Consultant Specialist to join their team in Chambersburg. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate staging, working closely with agents and property owners to create beautiful, market-ready spaces. Your staging designs will play a critical role in enhancing the visual appeal of properties for marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and online listings. As a Staging Consultant Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping first impressions and helping clients maximize the potential of their properties.

The Day-to-Day:

Plan, design, and execute staging projects that elevate the appeal of residential and commercial properties.Select, arrange, and stage furniture, artwork, lighting, and décor to create visually cohesive and inviting spaces.Conduct on-site assessments to determine staging needs and develop tailored design concepts.Manage inventory of staging furniture and accessories, including coordinating delivery, setup, breakdown, and retrieval.Assist in organizing and maintaining the staging warehouse or storage area to ensure efficient operations.Handle computer-based tasks, including creating and updating an online catalog of staging inventory.Collaborate with real estate professionals and photographers to ensure properties are ready for professional shoots and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in real estate staging, preferably working directly with real estate companies, agents, or brokers.Strong eye for design, spatial planning, and aesthetic presentation.Proficiency with basic computer tasks, including online catalog management and inventory tracking.Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with strong organizational skills.Physical ability to move and arrange furniture and staging materials as needed.Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
