About the role:
Reporting to our Stakeholder Engagement Lead, the primary purpose of this role is to ensure delivery of end-to-end success for Stakeholder activities such as, but not limited to, communications and media, toolbox slides and presentation, council notifications, including out of hours, permanent reinstatements, new contracts for multiple programs, community engagement events, coordinating collateral, mailouts, preparing FSA management plans, work instructions, monitoring stock, updating trackers and ensuring that our stakeholders are well informed of our pending activities.  You'll work closely with a highly supportive and experienced team and our client.  Travel will be required on an ad-hoc basis.
 

About You:
To be successful in this role you will need to be an excellent communicator with relationship-building skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders. You will need to be adaptable, a strategic thinker who solve problems proactively while balancing competing interests with diplomacy and empathy.

 

Do you possess:

Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship building, networking and communication skills? Demonstrated experience working with community engagement delivery for telecommunication assets (desired)? Experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment with high attention to detail? Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders in politically sensitive environments? Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite. Particularly: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams?
