Arcadis, a leading consulting company specializing in infrastructure build, architecture, urban planning, and transit projects, is seeking a dynamic Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and impactful projects that range from small consultations to support research and reports to managing stakeholder relationships on large-multi-year transit projects. As a Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the tactical aspects of stakeholder engagement for our projects including virtual, hybrid and in person meetings, workshops and public information centres. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who excels in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and is adept at managing multiple demands and timelines effectively.

Role accountabilities:
Research, schedule and manage logistics for in person, hybrid and virtual engagements Prepare agendas and presentations for stakeholder meetings Manage meeting invitations and logistics for internal and external meetings and workshops Create concise meeting minutes Apply document control processes Manage core project documents, spreadsheets, and templates Maintain up-to-date stakeholder records and engagement activities Create communications products for engagement events including interactive workshops, focus groups and public information centres Support reporting, evaluation, and analysis of stakeholder engagement interactions Manage feedback from public-facing email accounts Ensure effective communication of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams Maintain an accurate audit trail of stakeholder interactions Monitor, analyze, and act on stakeholder feedback Track, coordinate, and manage project tasks to support clients and team leadsQualifications & Experience:
University Degree in planning or equivalent project coordination experience PMP, IAP2, IABC certifications are advantageous 2+ years' experience in communications, project coordination, planning or stakeholder engagement, ideally in a complex environment Previous involvement in community engagement initiatives or public consultations Experience managing client relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Proficiency in CRM and Document Management applications Previous experience in a consulting environment is preferred Knowledge of transit, transportation, architecture, or urban planning is advantageous Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technical project environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexibility to work remotely and on-site at company and client officesWhy Arcadis?
