💰 Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $22.50/hr, based on experience.

Skillfully operate electric-powered stand-up forklifts equipped with lifting devices to transport products, equipment, and materials efficiently and safely. Strictly adhere to all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Expertly handle the loading and unloading of materials onto and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices, ensuring accuracy and minimizing damage to goods. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills to streamline warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities That Make You EssentialSkillfully operate stand up forklifts, positioning forks or lifting platforms to safely handle loaded pallets, skids, boxes, and materials. Transport, load, and unload items to designated areas with precision.Utilize a Radio Frequency (RF) system to efficiently list materials and record the weight, count, and condition of frozen food items.Perform daily forklift maintenance and complete detailed check sheets to ensure peak performance.Lead safety checks, including truck chalking and glad-hand processes, to uphold a safe work environment.Collaborate with semi-truck drivers to implement and maintain strict safety precautions.Monitor battery levels, clean and maintain batteries, and ensure material handling equipment is parked at the correct charging station.Additional ContributionsOperate other machinery and material-handling equipment as needed, showcasing versatility and adaptability.What You Bring to the TableAt least 6 months to 1 year of stand up forklift experienceStrong basic math skills for accurate material tracking.Ability to understand and follow instructions in the official language of the country or as defined by Lineage Logistics.Comfort working in cold storage environments (as low as -20°F/-25°C) or dry storage areas (up to 100°F/37°C) while equipped with company-provided protective gear.Physical capability to lift at least 40 lbs./18 kgs., with higher weight requirements depending on the facility.Willingness to work flexible schedules and shifts, including weekends, to meet business needs.Adaptability to varying noise levels, from moderate to loud environments.
