About the role
Our Manufacturing Excellence team, composed of 4 people, is integrated in Rosignano site. You will be accountable for: Support site high-level assessment organization and be the focal point of the site for a successful Star Factory kick-off Ensure site holistic vision on the different streams remains actualized and maintain internal momentum around the different transformation activities Ensure internal site coordination of progress of initiatives maturity in the pipeline Lead internal site tracking meetings (progress against roadmap) and set-up (problem-solving) support when needed (corporate or external) Track impact initiatives vs target Integrate new objectives/targets in the pipeline feeding the roadmap and translate into objectives for the teams Report on progress in regular Operational SteerCo, escalate and frame issues, concerns and road-blocks that be resolved internally Lead alignment sessions with external stakeholders, GBU, corporate, etc Create an accountable and transparent environment for external site stakeholders We offer a permanent contract based on onsite.
About you
Master degree in Engineering or related field of discipline Relevant work experience in industrial domains (Process Industry / Maintenance) Competencies: Ability to communicate effectively in English Basis software skills for impact target tracking Flexibility for international mobility Behaviors: Role model in term of continuous improvement mindset & behavior to sustain a transformational environment in the site Ability to lead, inspire initiative owners Good organizational and relational skills: the ability to listen, understanding of others, natural authority, initiative, ability to synthesize, efficient, desire to improve
