Sodexo is seeking a Starbucks Retail Manager 2 at Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, NV.  This is a high profile position in a fully licensed Starbucks store. 

 

The Starbucks Retail Manager will direct all operations for the Starbucks location in the medical center. This strategic leader will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in managing teams and providing an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will:

manage all retail operations for the Starbucks location motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors provide high-level service to customers oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenancemanage vendor relationships and compliance maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in placecoordinate department safety and sanitation

We are looking for candidates who have:

management experience in the food service industry (restaurants, catering, hospitality, hotels, etc.)previous experience working in a high volume facility understanding of food safety and sanitation and experience enforcing
