• Group sizes to be limited to foursomes, unless an exception has been made.
• Three Le Triomphe golf carts maximum per group.
• That only persons permitted to be in personal carts are using these.
• That proper golf attire is being worn while playing or at the practice facility
• That anyone who does not have a registered pull cart to use a rental.
• 7:30 am is the first allowed tee time, this can only be varied with previous approval by the Pro Shop.
• All groups are to tee off the designated starting tee, any variation has to be approved by the Pro Shop
• All push/pull carts must be Clic Gear, and guests are not allowed to use personal push/pull carts

As a Starter you need all the following:
1. Radio with earpiece
2. Copy of the days tee sheet and one copy for the front entrance
3. Bucket of green sand
a. This can be obtained from the cart barn and refilled in the maintenance area
4. Box of score cards, pencils and tees to have on the first tee
5. Pen and highlighter

Procedures:
• Get required materials from Pro shop
• Get designated cart from Cart Staff
• Deliver Gate tee sheet to guards at the front of the neighborhood
• The Starter will be posted on the first tee closest to the Turn
o In the event of a ten tee start, the Starter must still be in this location to inform clients that we will have a ten tee start. This is important because people are creatures of habit and will head to the 1st tee as a default and we must intercept them before causing any confusion
• As groups come to play the starter will gather names and in what golf carts they are.
o Be it an LT or personal cart (PC) we need the # and who is in such cart
o The short hand to be used is LT#XX or PC#XX on the tee sheet
 If the person is using a push/pull cart this must be noted, and also if it is a personal cart or a rental from LT.
• All Rental push carts are Black 3.5 Clic Gear carts
o Ask Groups if they will be playing 9 or 18 holes
o Any guest that is present must be registered in the Pro Shop before being able to tee off
 All Guests must be on the tee sheet prior to their tee time. This update should come from the Pro Shop
• In the event this does not happen the starter must get who this guest is to be billed to, and in what way it is to be billed.
• As tee times arise the Starter must keep the scheduled groups teeing off on time. With 10 minute intervals between groups.
o Inform Groups as to the daily cart rule and the Pin Placement
• At the time groups make the turn (Finish #9 and head to #10 tee) take a note at the time they make the turn.
o If any group is taking to long at the turn area, approach them and ask them to please continue their round to not disturb the pace of play.
• If you have the morning shift, you must change out with the afternoon starter
o Inform your replacement of the daily cart rule, the pin placement, and any other specific information of that particular day
• When you have time between groups radio in to the Pro Shop to Update them on the groups, carts, and any variances so that the Pro Shop can make the appropriate charges.
• Starters will stay longer than the Pro Shop may be open, due to this at 5:30 or 6:30 you must turn in your radio
o Keep your tee sheet so to make appropriate adjustments
o Leave the rest of your materials in the Starters Closet located in the bag room above and to the right of the sink.
• Ensure all trash is removed and cart that was used for the day is in good condition to return at the bag drop to Cart Staff.
