Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. WE LOVE OUR WORK. - Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Responsible for reserving tee times and ensuring that players are started in a timely manner. - Takes and records requests and cancellations for start times to play golf in accordance with proper procedures. - Reserves golf carts as requested. - Provides players with description of the course and other available facilities at sign-in. - Directs players to golf carts and first green and ensures that players tee off at designated start times so that the flow of golf traffic proceeds smoothly throughout the day. - Maintains and updates player records in order to establish a list of players for Special Event invitations. - Maintains and reports golf scores as requested for handicapping purposes. - Provides superior customer service to players; handles player special requests and answers questions regarding the facility. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters. BRING US YOUR BEST. - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. - Must have knowledge of the game of golf. - Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Must have basic computer skills. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. - Ability to write routine reports and keep accurate and neat records. - Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs dictate.
