The Startup Ecosystem Team at Infobip is responsible for managing our startup program, its partners, and startup clients.
The main task of the team is to maintain good relations with our startup clients, successfully onboard them to our products and services, scout new members with high growth potential, and help the startup clients with other benefits of the program – content, marketing, mentors, events, funding etc.
As a Startup Content Strategy Associate you will work under the supervision of a mentor and senior team members who will help you create high-quality, engaging and informative content. Your excellent writing skills and enthusiasm for creating compelling content, and passion for innovation will contribute to our startup content efforts and drive awareness of our startup program. You will collaborate with the rest of the team, SEO experts, and the web team to deliver impactful content across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Produces well-written and original content, including blog posts, website copy, and email campaigns, under the guidance of senior team members.
Executes the content strategy for Infobip Startup Tribe members: operational emails, newsletters, reports, social media content
Conducts thorough research on startup ecosystem trends, target audience (startup) preferences, and competitors to develop content that meets the needs of our audience.
Applies SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance the discoverability and search rankings of our content.
Collaborating with our senior content stategy writer to edit and refine content, ensuring accuracy, grammar, and adherence to the Startup Tribe brand guidelines.
Monitors content performance metrics and provide insights to improve content effectiveness.
Ensures templates and reports quality on a regular basis
Collaborates with Product Development on creating Startup Tribe content including case studies, data-driven blog posts, and pdfs
Collaborates with the Marketing team on content distribution
Writes Startup Tribe Success Stories and blog articles
Collaborates with the Developer Experience teams in creating and sharing content
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in philology, journalism, communications, marketing, economics or another social science or humanities related field
Exceptional writing and grammar skills
Familiarity with SEO principles and an eagerness to learn and apply SEO best practices
Knowledge of content marketing trends and strategies
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Quick at learning content management systems (CMS) and basic image editing tools
