Job Responsibilities : 1. To establish and maintain Jio Point Service
2. To liaison with DASS team with Jio Point team & S&D team for
service operations
3. To ensure customer satisfaction, to avoid escalation of issues
4. To ensure service policy adherence by Jio Point personnel
5. To be responsible and accountable for Service Deliverables in the Jio
Point and Jio Store/MiniDX
6. To ensure coordination between Jio point & Jio Centre to support
walk in customers
7. To balance the flow of incoming calls at JP/JC & ensure load
balancing at various jio point
8. Manage & Monitor KPIs of JP, within guidelines given.
9. Ensuring adequate amount of manpower to cater to all customer Calls.
10. To motivate the team to enhance performance levels by identifying
gaps/needs and providing necessary skills / training.
11. To mentor and counsel JP/JC DRS when ever necessary.
12. To motivate the SPC/Trainer so as to ensure that they deliver

Experience Requirement :8 - 10 years
