State Engineering Manager
BGIS has joined forces with a prominent private healthcare provider in search of a seasoned State Engineering Manager.

This role encompasses the responsibility of overseeing and facilitating building maintenance requests.

Your role will involve collaborating with a team to ensure the provision of outstanding customer service for the efficient delivery of contract management services in the VIC across all Healthscope portfolio of buildings.


To be eligible to apply, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.


Responsibilities:

Assist in the setting of contract and commercial standards Maintaining risk management systems Assist in the identification and implementation of commercial best practice Assist in the development of procurement strategy and solutions Development of contract and service innovations across the contract Minimise business operational risk and risk management system Assist in defining and implementing an agreed maintenance contract strategy

Skills & Experience

In-depth Knowledge of the Property & Facilities Management industry Knowledge and understanding of engineering operations within Critical Environments Sound commercial and financial awareness Contract management of staff and value of comparable contracts Technically qualified in appropriate Property/FM/Engineering disciplines Detailed and effective knowledge of all Property and Maintenance matters
