The Opportunity:
As the Field Training Executive for Victoria, South Australia & Canberra you will drive education and training both in a classroom environment (physical and virtual) and via in store coaching and collaboration with District Managers and Store Management Teams. The FTE’s responsibilities include planning, coordinating, communicating, delivering, and assessing Sephora and Brand classroom training along with in store coaching. The FTE will assess and communicate training needs, develop tailored coaching plans for teams in addition to tracking and recording learning outcomes. The FTE ensures adherence to Sephora concept and culture, maximum profitability, and compliance with Sephora’s objectives and policies.

Coordinating and deliver a variety of Sephora classroom and online training programs Developing brand partner relationships in order to achieve training outcomes Coaching and following up classroom training initiatives within store teams Identifying and addressing present and future training needs for individuals within store teams Analysing KPIs to determine trends and gaps in education and capability. Product and category training Exercising influencing and lateral leadership skills to drive educational outcomes Maintaining and reporting training engagement through session attendance, LMS data and In-store training overviews Assisting in the recruitment process of specialist roles through practical assessment of category skills Executing store e-learning schedules with store teams Delivering content and coaching managers in leadership and soft skills

Certificate IV Adult Training and Assessment highly regarded Retail, Skin, Colour or Fragrance qualifications highly desirable Retail/Sales Training experience highly desirable Previous experience in learning content creation and design highly desirable Previous experience in retail mandatory Open availability to be able to travel between states, according to training and coaching needs Basic make up application skills required Adult training and coaching experience with an understanding of adult learning principles
