To provide direct supervision to the FCCP Managers in their state, to provide assistance to the Executive Director of Foster Care and Community Programs in the completion of administrative tasks, to assure that the highest standards of program quality are maintained, to maintain financial stability through increased census or expansion of services, to provide program leadership within their state as well as throughout the FCCP program and all of KidsPeace.
