Job Responsibilities : This position is responsible for delivery of all Customer service
operations activities through physical touch-points (retail stores.,
public Wi-Fi hotspots and work as the SPOC between regional contact
centres and State during initial stage and manage through distributed
contact centres at a later stage
MBA/Post Graduate
Experience Requirement :8 - 12 years
