In this vital role you will be responsible for operationalizing the strategic goals for Global Patient Safety, specifically, providing planning and operations support to the GPS Therapeutic Areas within Safety. This role will work closely with the GPS Strategic, Planning & Operations Assoc. Director and key stakeholders within Safety as well as cross-functional teams. This is a global role and will be interacting with various levels of management. Responsibilities + Developing strong collaborative relationships with internal partners to support and proactively respond to business needs including progress of functional goals and other functional process improvements. + Leading coordination and facilitation of various TA Safety projects such as proactive planning, high-level strategy, gathering information and pressing the organization to meet the required deadlines. + Partnering with GPS Strategic Planning & Operations team to explore alignments in cross-functional processes and find innovative solutions that elevate the strategic values of Global Patient Safety. + Collaborating to support organization wide initiatives including creating and managing organizational communication and staff engagement plans. + Establishing a fit for purpose expense management strategies to support planning, tracking and reporting in Anaplan. Work closely with budget coordinator partners to ensure appropriate budgeting process. + Ensuring adherence to corporate training and compliance requirements. + Providing staff operations support including headcount management, open headcount/requisition tracking and reconciliations to ensure the best resource allocation aligned with the organization’s strategic direction. + Organization’s meeting management including All-Staffs, Joint Leadership Teams, cross-functional collaborations and operating reviews. **What we expect of you** We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
