**Job Description**
This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month _in one of the following locations: St. Petersburg, FL or Memphis, TN_ .
Leveraging specialized knowledge and skills acquired through education, industry experience, and specialized training, provides oversight and support for Raymond James statements and trade confirmations. Responsibilities include ensuring that statements/confirms are produced and delivered in an accurate method that meets firm and regulatory requirements with consideration to potential risk exposure to the firm. Partners with multiple product areas, business units and IT to research issues or problems, recommend a course of action, and coordinate complex enhancements. Additionally, serves as a subject matter expert with tactical and functional responsibilities on project teams and leads multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure accuracy with regard to changes. Minimal guidance is provided to perform varied work that is time sensitive and difficult in character requiring evaluation, originality and ingenuity to make complex decisions with the potential for risk to the firm. Resolves or recommends solutions to complex problems. Regular contact with internal customers is required to identify, research, and resolve problems.

**Responsibilities** :
+ Collaborates with trading groups, Raymond James subsidiary groups, internal operations departments, legal, compliance, IT and marketing to research, document, and facilitate complex data changes to Raymond James statements and trade confirmations that support firm and regulatory guidelines.
+ Determines and defines complex business requirements with stakeholders to recommend data and format changes that enhance the client experience, supports firm initiatives, and reduces firm risk. Coordinates input and efforts across multiple departments, analyzing and researching data, and facilitating necessary communication.
+ Leads functional testing for statement and confirm application including gathering test data, writing test cases, testing against functional requirements, managing remediation and retesting defects.
+ Partners with auditing and managers across multiple departments to identify opportunities to decrease risk associated with managing the statement and confirm process. Follows through and manages recommendations which support risk management. Acts as a liaison with internal and external auditors regarding requests and inquiries.
+ Manages the production process for statements/confirms including coordinating pre-production quality assurance reviews, overseeing returned mail procedures and business continuity (BCP) efforts, following internal processes for documenting requests or issues, and facilitating manual tasks associated with regulatory oversight within the statement and confirm process.
+ Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
+ Investigate questions relating to existing programs, processes, and procedures.

+ Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
+ Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
+ Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
+ Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries. Involves following procedures and precedents.
+ Provide operational support by performing a range of routine activities using existing systems and protocols.
