Duties include assisting station users with a variety of residential- and research-related needs; maintaining trails and enclosures; removing invasive plants; assisting with a small retail operation; receiving payments and making deposits; providing clerical support; collecting recycling; moving station equipment and furniture; cleaning and organizing shared-use spaces; planning and advertising special events; using a variety of hand tools and outdoor power tools; and other duties supporting the operation of a remote biological field station.
This position will pay an hourly rate of $15.75.
The University will perform background checks on hires prior to employment. For this position, the background check also includes a DMV Licensure check. A driver’s license is preferred but not required.
