Station Service Representative

Location: San Francisco International Airport (SFO) Job Type: Full-Time

Your expected pay rate is $25.00/hour. Actual pay rate will be determined based on the individual’s skills, experience, and other relevant qualifications. Employees working night shifts will receive a higher hourly rate (additional $3.00/hour) plus overtime at an enhanced rate.

Responsibilities Provide assistance to passengers with modifying and updating reservations.Guide passengers through the preparation and verification of required boarding documentation.Address passenger complaints with professionalism, empathy, and effective solutions.Verify and check passenger documentation as necessary to ensure compliance with travel requirements.Support airport agents with daily operations and workflow to ensure efficient service delivery. Qualifications Associate Degree required, Bachelor's Degree or above preferred Good communication skills in English, Mandarin Chinese preferred Excellent customer service skills and strong decision-making skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Morning/evening shifts & weekend/holiday shifts required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship Previous experience working in airport stations preferred
