Status Board - Sunset

Description:

Work with Front Desk and Housekeeping to input and update room status. Secure and track all lost and found hotel and Guest property. Finalize status on all rooms each day. Process and dispatch all work orders. Perform room calls when necessary. Ensures procedures for handling hotel property, including but not limited to irons, boards, and refrigerators. Ensure that there is proper staffing, and that paperwork is properly and completely filled out at the start of each day. Maintain Housekeeping log book. Answer telephones promptly and professionally, and expedite information accordingly.   

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months Housekeeping experience and minimum of 1 year computer experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.  Ability to use basic office equipment. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. Have knowledge of all aspects of the Housekeeping Department
