Statutory EDEN Training Specialist I
Job Summary The Training Specialist collaborates with Subject Matter Experts and partners with Operations in Analyzing, Designing, Developing, Implementing, and Evaluating a training curriculum to help drive employees’ performance. Training Specialist performs the following: + Work with management to better understand changes in regulations, policies & procedures + Create appropriate job aids and determine instructional methods + Conduct training sessions covering specified work areas + Keep up to date on work area processes and procedures + Provide feedback to associates/trainees & management on an on-going basis + Assist team members with complex items and recommend resolutions to potential issues + Work with the Quality Team and Operations Management to measure the progress of associates/trainees and evaluate effectiveness of training + Articulate complex processes and procedures in an easy-to-understand manner + Take ownership of process documentation (manuals, job aids) – update and leverage on AI tools as needed + Suggest any possible additions/updates on departmental information to on-line help as needed + Be involved with any systems-related testing + Do regular coaching and properly document it to aid and improve performance of the associates + Attend to all regular conference calls with the business unit + Do any other special tasks/projects as instructed by the immediate head + Perform production work as agreed upon by Training and Business Unit/s supported + Conduct process/tools training for Statutory EDEN, L+CP for (REPH, US, SA) teams + Conduct GEO CORE Onboarding Training for Statutory EDEN (REPH, US, SA) teams + Support GEO harmonization and modernization projects through training, documentation, development and related initiatives Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree holder + Previous experience in Training and Development is a plus, preferably in a business process outsourcing or shared services environment + Graduate of SME Training Academy (SMETA) or Certified Trainer Associate (CTA) is a plus + Current and strong knowledge in Statutory EDEN, L+CP processes & tools is a MUST + Excellent communication skills, both oral and written + Good organizational skills and presentation Skills + Able to learn new transaction/processes quickly + Open to work in a shifting schedule + Must be in current role for 1 year + Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months + Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months LexisNexis, a division of RELX, is an equal opportunity employer: qualified applicants are considered for and treated during employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, protected veteran status, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
