**Job Title: Steam Plant Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Steam Plant Operator to manage and maintain steam distribution, HVAC systems, and building mechanical systems. This role requires expertise in operating and maintaining various mechanical and steam equipment. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain steam distribution systems. + Manage HVAC systems and ensure optimal performance. + Maintain and repair building mechanical systems. + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers and other steam equipment. + Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. + Respond to emergency situations and equipment malfunctions promptly and efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Wastewater management + HVAC system management + Stationary engineering + Boiler operation + Mechanical system maintenance + Steam equipment operation + Boiler maintenance + Valid driver’s license + 5+ years of experience in HVAC/Steam Systems **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Journeyman Steamfitter + Boilers license + Experience in HVAC engineering + Experience in steam distribution **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values expertise and dedication.
