The Details

Shifts Available: 1st shift

Pay: $33-35/hr (currently working 50+ hours/week)

Duration: 3+ months (Temp to Hire)

Your Role as a Welding Pro

As a Shipyard Welder, your mastery of Welding will take center stage as you perform precision welding on massive maritime vessels. Previous shipyard/welding experience is a plus as all candidates will need to successfully complete required welding tests to meet our stringent quality standards.

Get ready to:

Craft Perfection: Weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions with precision.

Be the Problem-Solver: Set up and operate tools and equipment while troubleshooting issues.

Make the Blueprint Reality: Read and execute from blueprints and 3D schematics to assemble and align parts.

Ensure Quality: Inspect and measure workpieces to maintain top-notch standards.

Collaborate for Excellence: Work hand-in-hand with a dedicated team of experts.

What We’re Looking For

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

2+ years of welding experience preferred

Prior shipyard experience is a big plus.

Skills:

Mastery of blueprints and schematics.

Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, and work in tight spaces.

Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $35.00 per hour
