Pay Rate: $18.00/hour to start – Raise to $20.00+/hour after probationary period

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor tasks including grinding, buffing, quality control, and machine operation

Utilize basic power tools and hand tools as required

Maintain safety standards in a heavy industrial environment

Conduct physical tasks such as lifting (up to 60 lbs) and standing for extended periods (10+ hours)

Assist in various areas of production as needed

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness

Steady and verifiable work history

Ability to work in environments with fluctuating temperatures

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
