Key responsibilities/What you do
Reporting to the RSA Head of Steering & Performance, the Roadside Assistance (RSA) Steering & Performance Manager will lead the RSA Return to Profitability program for selected under-performing Business Units (BUs).
In this role, you will develop comprehensive action plans, including target setting and monitoring, in close collaboration with the BU managing director and key functions such as Operations, Network, Finance, Sales, PMI, and the P-UW Remediation team to ensure all issues are effectively addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess RSA market performance to identify under-performing BUs and determine key performance drivers. Develop and implement a methodology, reporting, and governance framework for comprehensive activity management. Assist in creating action plans to align local businesses with target KPIs and mitigate P&L risks. Maintain and track progress against defined targets, addressing any risks with PM&I support. Lead Return to Profitability committees, providing regular updates to the Board of Management and stakeholders. Additionally, lead transversal P&L optimization initiatives, financial modeling, M&A transactions, and ad-hoc projects.
Key requirements/What you bring
Strong professional experience in steering and driving performance with a background in function such as Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Underwriting or Operations Proven track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results A broad understanding of financial budgets/models, with experience of analysing data effectively for planning, forecasting and reporting Experience in motor insurance / roadside assistance business is a plus Mandatory to be fluent in French and English written and oral, German would be a plus Strong MS Office skills Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
