All positions require working in a team environment and demonstrating quality customer service. Responsibilities vary from job to job but may include analysis and testing; project work on research and development; virtual reality and simulation technologies; and creating/revising graphics. Considerations include education or experience in the engineering field. In addition, successful performance requires sound judgment, motivation, effective interaction with others, and the ability to handle an array of responsibilities. These positions are open to high school rising junior/senior students and 2025 high school graduates **only** . **Basic Qualifications** + Must Be 16 years of age by start of program + Must have and maintain a 3.0 / 4.0 cumulative GPA + Must be a full-time student attending a high school or being home-schooled within reasonable driving distance (40 miles one way) to the Clayton and/or Sanford Facilities + Must have reliable transportation + Must be able to work 40 hours per week during the 8–10-week summer program + Must have access to reliable, high-speed internet to work remotely _(_ _if_ _requ_ _ired by hiring manager_ _)_ **Top Candidates will also have** + Project or Team Leadership experience + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Previous technical internship or research/relevant experience + Participation in STEM programs like FIRST Robotics Competition or FIRST Tech Challenge These are Full-time temporary openings in the Clayton and Sanford, NC area.
