40 Job Summary The Staffing Specialist for Nursing will collaborate with Nursing leadership hiring managers to support their staffing needs.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Submitting requests to post and/or update positions Navigating several systems and databases to obtain and submit information Supporting Nursing departments and supervisors in maintaining employee personnel file compliance per The Joint Commission standards Providing excellent customer service to hiring managers, customers, and applicants ensuring timely resolution to their needs.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience working in applicant tracking and HRIS
systems; superior customer service focus, initiative, excellentwritten and oral communication skills, and expertise in MicrosoftOffice suite are essential to successful performance.


Strong customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, dependability, confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Teams, Word, and Excel Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
