Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Sterile Processing Tech for their Espanola, NM location. Responsibilities: + Perform duties of decontamination, assembly, high level disinfection and/or sterilization of surgical instruments for the OR and other hospital departments and clinics. + In accordance with established policies and standard work. + Prioritize tasks as directed by supervisor or as needed to support patient care for the OR and customer departments. + Document, monitor and maintain accurate records demonstrating high level disinfection and sterilization in accordance with current professional and regulatory agencies. Performs other functions as required When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. Requirements: + 2 years’ experience current required in large OR. + Orto, ENT and/or vascular experience a plus. + Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. + BLS certification required.
