Responsibilities Decontaminate and sterilize instruments, medical supplies, and equipment, and assemble, wrap, and sterilize trays of instruments. Maintain accurate daily sterilization and testing logs. Monitor biological and chemical wash solutions to ensure quality and consistency for decontamination of instruments. Verify equipment functions, and submit tickets for maintenance, repair, or replacement. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the OR Manager or Sterile Processing Lead Tech. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School diploma or GED Surgical Sterile technique BLS Certification CRCST certification within one year from the date of hire Preferred Job Requirements: One year of experience in sterile processing
