Sterile Processing Technician - STERILE PROCESSING 3RP, Kadlec Regional Medical Center, Richland, WA

 

Under the direction of the Manager, Sterile Processing, performs a variety of tasks related to cleaning, sterilizing and assembling and wrapping surgical instruments; picks case carts; restocks supplies and instrumentation; and completes other duties to facilitate the patient care team.

Shift Details: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Variable shift

 

Required Qualifications:

Within 1 year of hire National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association Or Within 1 year of hire National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training Graduation from a Healthcare Central Service Program from an accredited educational institution. Central Supply Room and/or Sterile Processing Department experience.
