Sterile Processing Technician II -Registry
**Employment Type:** Part time **Shift:** **Description:** Loyola Medicine, treating the whole person with compassion—to "also treat the human spirit." The Central Sterile Processing Department seeks a Sterile Processing Tech I Registry to decontaminate instruments, assembles trays and/or equipment, and sterilizes instrument trays for prescribed patient procedures. Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm Must be available Monday - Friday including weekends and holidays depending on department needs. Minimum 8 hours per pay period. The Certified Sterile Processing Tech will decontaminate instruments, assembles trays and/or equipment, and sterilizes instrument trays for prescribed patient procedures. Assembles case carts for specific surgical procedures. + **Position Requirements:** **Minimum Education Required:** High School Diploma Preferred: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education.
