Entry Level sterilization service technician II will respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, perform repair and planned maintenance (PM) on basic medical sterilizer equipment and drive customer satisfaction through service excellence
Education required: High School /GED completion
Education preferred: Possess associates degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent from two year college or technical school in electrical, electronic or biomedical fields
Experience: Minimum of 2 year experience in service and preventive maintenance of sterilization equipment
Additional Skills/Abilities: Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Must have basic knowledge office software and technological tools (ipad, iPhone, etc.). Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a safe driving record. Must have reliable transportation.
