Your Role As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of our company to the customers you speak with. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring service excellence through proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, and interaction with our sales colleagues. Your Responsibilities Take job orders from clients, (including but, not limited to routing shipments, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline and printing the job order)Provide clients with notification and follow-up (including flight and customs delays, proof-of-delivery, charges, problem resolution,)Includes understanding the clients' internal requirements and nuances to better service their needsReport to Air Logistics Aerospace Customer Care ManagerFlexibility Required. Must work one weekend day and some holidays as required. Training takes place during morning shifts, but this role will be for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am).  Your Skills and Experiences Associate's degree or equivalent experience6+ months experience in Air Logistics1+ year of Customer Service ExperienceUS and World Geography knowledge Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
