Job Description

To ensure all equipment is available and clean at all times. To ensure kitchens or back halls are cleaned.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

Provide the highest quality guest interactions - be pleasant, friendly and polite to everyoneResponsible for the proper cleaning, rack and distribution of all china, glass and silverwareMaintain required standards of sanitation and cleanlinessMinimize breakage of circulating equipmentFollow service standards and best practices at all timesDemonstrate excellent teamwork with other departments and associatesRespond to guest requestsMust have valid drivers license
