Maintains high standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas, ensuring a safe and inviting environment. Operates industrial dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment efficiently, handling equipment relocation to support the various departments.

Capable of lifting heavy equipment and using industrial-strength cleaning chemicals while following safety protocols. Demonstrates strong multi-tasking abilities and teamwork skills in a fast-paced setting.

 

Key Components of the role will include:

Scrapes food off dirty dishes and loads them into the dishwashing machine. Operates the dishwashing machine, stacking racks correctly and presoaking silverware. Moves supplies and equipment as needed. Cleans walls, tables, racks, sinks, and stainless steel surfaces. - Maintains kitchen equipment by cleaning major items as scheduled. Uses silver de-tarnishing equipment to keep silverware shiny. Empties and cleans trash cans at the end of the shift.
