DescriptionStarting Wage $9.75 Per HourEssential Duties And Responsibilities Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, and silverware Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately Sweep and mop all floors in kitchen area to ensure they are free of food and water Stock all food areas with necessary inventory Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times Inspects kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order Reports shortages and requisitions replacement of equipment Follows the Thoughtful Service model at all times Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as Tropicana Evansville’s internal controls, policies and procedures Must be available for regularly scheduled work and able to work a variety of hours, holidays and weekends Performs other duties as assigned QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
