A Steward works hands on and performs specified cleaning duties in designated areas of the kitchen and outlet to maintain their cleanliness and hygiene, achieving efficient service delivery.

What will I be doing? 

\n

As the Steward, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

\n\nMaintain proper personal hygiene habits.\nCheck & ensure that dishwashing machines are operating properly.\nAble to do de-liming of dishwashing machines to ensure that the machines are able to produce clean equipment.\nChanging of water of dishwashing machine.\nTo ensure dishes are cleaned and placed back properly on shelves.\nBleaching / removing of stains from chinaware & glassware.\nChemical knowledge / cleaning supplies.\nArea of cleanliness & floor mopping.\nSetting of hot box & dishing out plates.\nSetting up a decoy area.\nWashing of pots & pans and sanitizing process.\nBurnishing of silverware by using ball-bearing machine.\nManual silverware polishing.\nHandling of emergencies \nTo do any other work as requested by the Management.\n
