Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Keep all dishes, small wares, and utensils cleaned.Organize and maintain proper inventory of small wares, utensils, and cleaning supplies and equipment, reordering when necessary.Clean and properly maintain working areas and equipment in kitchen.Organize and properly store perishables for cooks and receiving and issuing clerks.Follow all rules and regulations of ASM Global Food & Beverage.Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and/or Experience          

Minimum of six (6) months’ work experience in service-oriented environment.

Skills and Abilities

Ability to get along well with othersAbility to receive and carry out instructions in a timely mannerPositive customer service oriented attitude at all timesMaintain proper grooming and dress code standardsWork ethic encourages strong urgency and quality in a team environmentAbility to undertake and complete multiple tasksAttention to detailMust be able to work standing for the duration of shift

Other Qualifications

Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays in addition to normal business hours.

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
