You will be responsible for Kitchen Porter duties, including pot wash, dish wash and general cleaning duties, according to the standards established in the Department Operations Manual. You will also assist with goods inwards, receiving deliveries and helping to keep the area clean and tidy. Working on a casual, shift rota basis, you will be flexible to work weekdays and weekends. Shifts will be varied, but will include breakfast shifts or late shifts.
