About the role: 

The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a On Call/Casual Steward who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Steward reports to the Executive and Assistant Steward and is responsible for the cleaning and organization of all food and beverage kitchen and breakdown areas and machinery.  The Steward cleans, polishes, and handles all cutlery, utensils, and glassware items.  The Steward assist in Banquet setups including the handling of food for events. This person is also responsible for the disposal of all food and beverage refuse. 

 

What you will do:  

Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine .Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities.Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils .Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.

  

What you bring:

Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.Previous experience in a similar position.Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills.Must be able to work harmoniously with others and remain positive in the workplace.Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
