Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: + Ensures an adequate supply of clean china, glass and silver is available to all outlets + Guarantees the proper allocation of goods to the proper outlet Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: + Assists in training and scheduling of the Stewarding department staff + Aids in maintaining inventories Minimum Education and Qualifications: + Two years of experience as a Steward, in a high volume operation Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: + Good written and verbal communication skills + Good organizational and multi-tasking skills + Proper cleaning and storage techniques + Understanding of cleaning methods + Knowledge of the Mohegan Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) as it relates to employment Training Requirements: + Must complete all appropriate Human Resources Supervisor Training classes + Understanding of health and sanitation guidelines + Knowledge of Ascent, EmpowerTime and Manager Self Service systems Physical Demands and Work Environment: + Fast paced kitchen environment + Must be able to lift 50 lbs. + Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
