**Description:**
**Summary**
You will be responsible for efficiently running the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Stewarding Manager is responsible for managing the Stewarding Department as an efficient, and productive cost center, by maintaining an organized and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets, and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.

+ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
+ 2 years experience in stewarding or a similar role in the hospitality industry a luxurious hotel environment.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
+ Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
+ Budget management skills.
+ Attention to detail and cleanliness.
