The ideal candidate will have at experience as a stewarding manager at a property of a similar size and volume **, Local 6 union experience, and full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays\.**
**Shift Pattern:** Full availability, including nights and weekends
**Salary Rate:** $80,000 \- $90,000 / annually

**What will I be doing?**
As a Heart of House Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the stewarding operation in the banquet department to ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and insure outstanding customer service\.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Manage and direct utility stewards and dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks, buspersons, and food servers with appropriate equipment\.
+ Cleans physical surroundings\.
+ Supervises and directs staff, including temporary personnel\.
+ Ensures proper set up for all banquet functions on his/her shift and that all food and equipment on menus are delivered on time to all functions\.
+ Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards\.
+ Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and insure outstanding customer service\.
+ Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff\.
