Salary Rate: $80,000 - $90,000 / annually

What will I be doing?
\n\n
As a Heart of House Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the stewarding operation in the banquet department to ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and insure outstanding customer service.
\n\n
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\nManage and direct utility stewards and dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks, buspersons, and food servers with appropriate equipment.\nCleans physical surroundings.\nSupervises and directs staff, including temporary personnel.\nEnsures proper set up for all banquet functions on his/her shift and that all food and equipment on menus are delivered on time to all functions.\nEnsures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.\nHelps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and insure outstanding customer service.\nInterviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff.\n\n#LI-LG1
