As the Stewarding – Team Leader, you will play a key role in our operations supporting both the Culinary and Food Beverage departments. You will ensure all equipment and food areas are clean, hygienic and safe in accordance with HACCP and Hotel standards. Demonstrating pride in your work, you will assist the Chief Steward Operations Manager – Stewarding to supervisor and oversee the department.
Duties Responsibilities Include:
Supervising and overseeing the general cleaning dutiesSupervising the cleaning and washing of all dishes and equipment in accordance with standardFollowing standard operating procedures as established by managementConducting inventory checks on all operating equipment and suppliesMaintaining accurate breakage recordsSafe practice and the monitoring of chemical usageOur Ideal Candidate will possess:
