Who we are looking for:
The Stewardship Research team is a global team responsible for undertaking research including conducting engagement campaigns with issuers on both corporate governance and sustainability topics, developing thought leadership, and contributing to the development of analytical frameworks to support our proxy voting activities. As a team member, you will support the Head of Stewardship Research to achieve the objectives of the team.
This position is located in Krakow and will report to the Head of Stewardship Research.

Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Track stewardship-related data, log information in internal databases, and prepare voting and engagement-related data for reporting Support with client reporting requests including data requests and DDQs/RFPs Aggregate sustainability data from various sources, create views in the sandbox environment, and develop data outputs to support stewardship activities Work with teams across the business (IT, Sustainable Investing Research) to identify sustainability data needsReview company disclosure on sustainability topics and support routine engagements and thematic engagement campaigns with global corporate issuersWork closely with senior corporate governance and sustainability experts to support global stewardship activitiesExperience and Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in economics, policy, finance or a sustainability-related field preferredComfortable with SQL coding and databases, including creating views collating metrics from multiple sources and utilizing multiple keys, and working alongside IT and data analysts from other teams to create relevant views in the sandbox environmentBusiness Intelligence tool expertise, Tableau as the preferred toolWorking knowledge of MSCI, Sustainalytics, CDP or other sustainability data preferred 3+ years of experience in data management, corporate sustainability, sustainability research, sustainability policy, or a related fieldFamiliarity with sustainability-related disclosure frameworks preferredStrong interest in building knowledge on corporate governance and sustainability-related topicsComfort working independently and within a team settingAbility to work in a dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative and the ability to prioritize workloadsAbility to navigate an increasingly complex environment and maintain focus on our core fiduciary responsibilityAre you the right candidate?
