Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 3 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Stibo and will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Stibo. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality organization and automation. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys competitive edge. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Ensure that all development activities adhere to the companys security and compliance policies. Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality of the code. Document software designs and code for future reference and maintenance.Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Have 3 to 15 years of experience in software development. Demonstrate extensive experience with Stibo. Show proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# or Python. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Have excellent communication and collaboration skills. Be familiar with Agile development methodologies. Nice to have experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Display a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Be capable of working independently and as part of a team. Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Have experience with version control systems like Git. Demonstrate the ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code.The Cognizant community:
