Job Description

Our Styling - Still Life team is looking for Stylists who will be responsible for off-figure styling of SSENSE e-commerce photoshoots. As part of our best-in-class Studio Visual Operations team, they will ensure that all styling is consistent with the SSENSE style guide and that production and productivity targets are met. The ideal candidate has the ability to understand brand identity and art direction to deliver industry leading styling across our catalog. This role works cross-functionally and requires a highly collaborative style and the ability to influence and motivate to drive performance results.

What you will do: 

Research & Preparation: Research designers, brands, collections, and products for each photoshoot.

Editorial Styling: Manipulate and style merchandise with an editorial and commercial focus, aligning with SSENSE's identity and style guides.

Execute High-Quality Styling: Deliver best-in-class styling for all brands and categories across the catalogue, handling varying product complexities.

Maximize On-Set Efficiency: Pace on-set activities to ensure productivity and consistent achievement of quality metrics.

Collaborate & Maintain Standards: Collaborate effectively with the production team and cross-functional teams, while maintaining strict quality control and staying current with SSENSE's art direction and industry best practices.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field 

A minimum of 1 year experience in visual merchandising or fashion styling, preferably in a luxury or e-commerce environment 

Strong grasp of garment construction, fabrics, colours and matching

Exceptional fashion and styling sense with a proven ability to stay ahead of trends

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Web and computer-savviness
