Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Program Integrator within the Stinger Program Office. You will be expected to provide team leadership among the program office, assigned integrated product teams, and cross product teams.
You will be responsible for program integration, coordination, and control and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution; advocating program management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; and the implementation of PM best practices. You will work with senior program leadership team to understand program cadence and communications and facilitate efficient program operations internally and externally as well as working directly with the USG Customer to improve communications and alignment.
What You Will Do
In the absence of the program manager, is responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectationsDevelop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functionsSet budgetary guidelines and directs the performance of program task elements for IPTs/CPTsEstablish standards and an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management toolsSupport the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligationsExecute daily program management and cadence such as risk review boards, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, failure review boards, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitmentsPrepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements and Raytheon’s Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), such as gate reviews and the GEM tool, the program earned value management system (EVMS), and both corporate- and business-level policies and proceduresIdentify and implement key program assessments and metrics to lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments that enable program success drivers by program leadership teamsExpected to support domestic travel as neededQualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience is requiredExperience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systemsExperience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functionsExperience balancing technical, cost, and schedule on a programThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceQualifications We Prefer
Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Gate 4 and Gate 5 (IPDS) packages for management review and approvalRaytheon Program Management certification level 6 or 5 combined with proficiency with PMX tool suite or similar program management systemsPrior experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industryWorking knowledge of contract formation, execution, management, and/or closeoutExperience conducting international business and managing cross-cultural communicationWhat We Offer

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
